Automatic Support Tickets
New support tickets can be opened automatically through an online support portal or simply by emailing Striker technical support. This immediately places a new support ticket in front of a Striker support technician for review. The support technician will respond promptly with a resolution or with a plan for gathering additional details.
Rapid Response Times
Advantage Technical Support provides the industry’s fastest, most consistent response times. New support tickets are responded to the same day when opened prior to 3:00PM Central Time.
Request Technical Support (RTS)
If it becomes necessary to gather additional details to resolve a support issue, all Striker CAD/CAM products include a built in e-transmit capability. Simply select the Request Technical Support command and the current working session with all supporting files is automatically zipped up and transferred to the Striker support team for analysis.
Remote Web Conference
As necessary, a Striker support technician can initiate a remote web conference to demonstrate usage techniques, verify procedures, or validate a system configuration. It’s as effective as an onsite visit!
Striker Emergency Downtime Recovery
