Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients (CNC Programmers), addressing CAD/CAM software-related inquiries and issues.
• Conduct CAD/CAM software training sessions for clients and internal team members.- Collaborate with our development team to identify and report software bugs and issues.
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation and user guides.
• Stay up to date with the latest software features and updates to provide expert assistance to users.
• Participate in on-site visits to client locations.
• Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless software experience.

Knowledge/Skills

• Understand CNC machine operation, including setting up tools, selecting cutting parameters, and running production jobs on various CNC machines (lasers, mills, lathes, etc.).
• CAD skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel (limited).
