Striker Systems Expands Customer Service

WHITE HOUSE,
Tennessee
– November 11, 2013 – Striker Systems is pleased to announce the addition of Ken Bible, who joins our Customer Service team as Training and Technical Support Specialist.
Ken will be responsible for all aspects of STRIKER CAD/CAM and Nesting software implementation including system specification, configuration, and customer training. He will also maintain the Striker Systems Help Desk, as well as develop and maintain product training and service documentation. At Striker Systems we take pride in maintaining an industry leading customer service department. The addition of Ken reflects this ongoing commitment.
Ken comes to Striker Systems with over 20 years of manufacturing, training, and CAD experience, most recently as Zone Coordinator with Carlex Glass, where he maintained the production cutting schedule and trained new employees. Ken is a 1991 graduate of ITT Technical Institute with an A.A.S. in Computer Aided Drafting.
